🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At ZYRAVON, we stand behind every piece of gear we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges on sizing within 30 days. To request an exchange, contact us at support@zyravon.com with your order number and the size you need.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Return Email support@zyravon.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
